Note month of July I will be gone, attempting to bring my woman up to speed on OQO stuff. She is good at the repair of batts now.....But good luck telling her what the parts looks like you might need.

A friend and I will be driving an old 1973 military truck from San Francisco to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Or should I say attempting to drive....I should be back in about a months time. Plan is to trade the truck for a boat, my friend will be living on the boat.

Got a sat phone, SPOT gps, flipstart, u810, oqo, engal fridge, water filters, solar...and much more in my tech list so far. Most ever spent at the post office, and damn them for new customs forms! OQO parts are on the way to those that requested. Brazil, England, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, and lots to the USA enjoy guys. Spent a good 45mins at the post office doing those damn forums.

I am constantly amazed by the Internet. Here OQO has been gone for over a year and yet, as a community, we are buying parts, buying/trading OQOs, and getting repairs done. You are amazing Picasso! Have fun on your road trip.

Yup back safe. Great trip no MAJOR troubles. Lost a few MRE's to check points to move things along. But still had a great time. Man was it HOT. I'm going to go back to San Carlos in September.

I have a few repairs to do that stacked up got one in testing and others are just new fans and "tune ups" and LCD cracks. Still lack of MB's makes me a sad panda.
